JILL / OWNER

Jill is on a mission to deliver smiles and sweet summer vibes 24/7/365.  While experiencing a "mind-blowing" dessert during a family vacation, a spark was ignited and Bombshell Treat Bar was born.  “It’s my idea of the neighborhood ice cream stand – if we all lived in Candy Land.”  Outside of the ice cream biz, Jill enjoys eating tacos, watching Mad Men on repeat, snacking on chocolate, taking road trips, reading with her kids, and devouring more chocolate.

Matt / Co-Owner

Matt is Jill's right hand ice cream man and the biggest kidult of them all.  When he’s not slinging ice cream treats and conjuring up more ideas for the Bombshell menu, you’ll likely find him skateboarding, walking the family cat, or obsessing over sneakers.

Tori / Chef

Chef Tori makes the magic happen! A Minnesota native, Chef Tori came to Michigan for culinary school and has been slinging sweet treats throughout the area since. She's all about reimagining dessert classics into something new, delicious and eye popping (Carrot Cake Baked Alaska, anyone??). Outside of the Bombshell kitchen, you'll find this ex-ballroom dancer cuddling her newborn, Arlo, or chasing around her son Grayson - all while dreaming about her next sweet creation.
